Legacy Compassionate Care, LLC was founded after our founder watched countless families struggle to find consistent, trustworthy in-home care. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, our founder is dedicated to providing quality care to every client regardless of their circumstances. Our caregivers show up with genuine warmth and skills to make an extraordinary difference.
That experience became a calling. Legacy was built to be the agency she wished had existed — one where every caregiver is carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and deeply supported so they can show up fully for the people who need them most.

Medicaid
We are an approved Medicaid provider in North Carolina. Our team can help you navigate the enrollment and authorization process.
Managed Care
We work with Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) across North Carolina to ensure seamless coverage and coordinated care for eligible clients.
Private Pay
